Customer reviews are a valuable asset for any e-commerce store. They can help to build

trust and credibility with potential customers, and they can also provide valuable feedback

that can be used to improve the store's products and services.


How to Add New Testimonial as a Vendor

1. Log in to your vendor account.

2. Click on the Testimonial module.

3. Click on Add New Testimonial, this brings a pop-up to enter the Name, Designation

Company, Description, Status, and Image of the customer.

4. Once done, click on Save Changes. This creates a new customer review.

How to edit a testimonial as a Vendor

1. Log in to your vendor account.

2. Click on the Testimonial module.

3. Click on the edit button in front of the customer review you want to edit.

4. Once done, click on Save Changes.

How to delete a testimonial as a Vendor

1. Log in to your vendor account.

2. Click on the Testimonial module.

3. Click on the edit button in front of the customer review you want to delete.

4. Click on the Yes, delete it! button on the pop-up page that comes up. This successfully deletes the customer review.

How to clone a testimonial as a Vendor

1. Log in to your vendor account.

2. Click on the Testimonial module.

3. Click on the clone button in front of the customer review you want to copy. This makes a copy of the customer review.
