How To Add/Update A Custom Domain
1. Log in to your vendor’s dashboard.
2. Navigate to the sidebar and click on “Custom Domain” .
Note: Ensure that you read the Important message at the top of the “make a custom domain request”
Prepare and setup your domain's setting
To use your own domain, you need to add the these 2 following records in your hosting account's DNS settings:
A record pointing to 172.52.10.86
CNAME record pointing to connect.kuhstomshop.com.
You have the flexibility to direct domains like companyname.com, www.companyname.com, and store.companyname.com as per your preference, following the instructions provided below. Although we showcase screenshots from Cloudflare's domain settings, this guide is applicable to most domain providers, including Namecheap, GoDaddy, etc.
Login to your account on the hosting provider (e.g., CloudFlare, Namecheap, Godaddy), and access the DNS settings.
Remove the existing cache related to companyname.com, www.companyname.com domains if your website is being pointed to other locations rather than Kuhstomshop.
Add new records.
